Today marks the very first JOUR DU VOLEUR / "Day Of The Wine Thief".
A celebration of the “Bon Vivant” & Voleur de Vin - A new tradition is born.
On the first Thursday of April, and the first Thursday of October, we will present our seasonal wine collaboration in the Voleur de Vin universe. A continuous project with spirited wine makers.
Libertine-Libertine wants to encourage everyone to give in and celebrate a day with focus on the great positive facets of life.
The premiere of Jour du Voleur and Libertine-Libertine’s first wine collaboration is naturally with no other than Jean-Frédéric from the versatile French wine house Maravilhas - the creator of the Canto Bruno red wine from which the Voleur de Vin anecdote is based on.
Jean-Frédéric is a prominent name on the French wine scene where his philosophy, bio dynamic fields and vivid wines has established Maravilhas as a house of great acknowledgement.
The wine is a rare rosé created of 100% Cinsault grapes in a fresh, soft and uplifting style - a glass to revenge a long winter.
The wine is produced in a very limited amount and will only be available through selected retailers. Follow the Jour de Voleur tag on Instagram and find your local retailer celebrating the "Day Of The Wine Thief".
