1. Visit the Return Portal on the website. Here
2. Enter your order number and email address, then select the items to return.
3. Provide a return reason, choose the return method, and proceed.
4. Print the return slip and label, and drop the package off at a designated parcel shop.

• Libertine-Libertine has a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your package. 
• Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and with all hangtags attached. Include the return delivery note with the shipment. 
• A handling fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. For example, a €10 fee applies in certain EU countries like Netherlands, Germany, etc. 
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (or 15 days during sale periods).

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

• Standard delivery in Denmark takes 2–3 business days.
• Shipping to Sweden, Norway, and other parts of Europe typically takes 3–8 business days. 
• For orders above €79, customers qualify for free delivery to a local parcel shop.

• Report faults immediately. Items are considered faulty if received damaged or if a manufacturing issue arises within 24 months of purchase. Wear-and-tear is not covered. 
• You may receive a repair, exchange, or a full refund if replacement isn’t available.

• You don’t need to wash after every wear. Instead, air out the garments and only wash when necessary. 
• Always follow the instructions on your garment’s care label. However, we recommend having it dry-cleaned.

• Size charts are available on each product page and via the Measurement Guide.
