RETURNS
Do you need to return an item? Please follow the below instructions in order to perform a valid return. At Libertine-Libertine we have a 14 days return policy which starts from the day you receive your package either at home or the arrival date at a pick-up spot. Products must be returned in compliance with the following guidelines:
- Make sure the item(s) are new, unused and in original packaging with all the hangtags still attached.
- The delivery note you receive when creating your return shipment MUST be included in the package and items must be returned in a sealed and properly shipment package.
- We do not offer free returns, but we provide at shipping label for an easier return process. A handling fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is received at our warehouse. Please find the rates for each country below.
TO RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
- Enter our Return Portal and type your order number and e-mail address and press “Select Items”.
- Choose which item(s) you wish to return.
- You will have to fill out a return reason and depending on the reason you might have to further elaborate your return reason.
- Choose your return method and complete return by pressing “Return Items”.
- You will now have access to return slip and return label and can print it out. Please return your items by handing in your return package in a parcel shop by the given delivery service.
For every return a handling fee will be deducted from the refund once received at our warehouse (scroll down to see the list of prices per country). The customer has the sole responsibility to ensure that the package reaches our warehouse safely and in compliance with our guidelines.

- Portugal / 27 EUR / UPS
- Other EU contries / 20 EUR / UPS
Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will issue a refund minus the handling fee. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be issued. (15 days during sale periods)
The refund will automatically be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that returned goods must be in original condition.
Customers who wishes to return from Iceland, Norway or Switzerland will have to report their return via mail: info@libertine-libertine.com and await answer.
Faulty goods
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please notify Libertine-Libertine within two months after discovering a claim of a purchased product.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
